Circumstances:	Asked to go out, which is not unusual. He jas an outside igloo which he loves being in. Always comes to the kitchen door as soon as it's opened for breakfast. He is a cat that stays in his own garden and rarely goes anywhere else. Have only ever known him to go in the front garden or occasionally next doors back garden - but both of these are a rarity.
