Circumstances:	Description:4 dogs stolen from Charney Kennels. 3 White Japanese Spitz (1 BOY QUINCY 2 years old, 2 GIRLS...KIRA 5 YEARS OLD AND DULCIE 3 YEARS) and 1 Cocker spaniel (PRIMROSE FEMALE 1 YEAR). Stolen at Stanford Rd, Faringdon SN7 8ET. Around 11am 2/4/16. Two men wanted after been seen on CCTV for this theft and other crimes in the area
