Circumstances:	On the A420 on the left hand side (as if driving toward Faringdon) just before the turn to a farm I think. It is just before the first speed camera.
Other info:	I drove past this poor cat on the A420 near the Watchfield roundabout. It was unsafe for me to stop so I don't know if it had a collar. It looked pretty small.
