Other info:	Last seen around Penare Point (TR12 6ES) on 19.05.24 NAME IS OTTO. Has black fur on top of his body with white underneath. Area around his eyes is black and then white around his nose and mouth. Weighs 5.8KG. Very fluffy. Big, green eyes. Not very friendly, but vocal. Microchipped and neutered. Moggie. Has two scratches on his nose.
