Circumstances:	Neo has been missing from St James (Devonshire Place) area since 10am Thursday 16th. It’s the first time it’s happened and very unusual as he needs a special cat inhaler for his asthma twice a day so is very routine based. He has never been out all night.
Other info:	He is a slim grey spotted tabby, with a long tail. Distinctive spotted pattern. Friendly, nimble, spritely and inquisitive
