Circumstances:	I am in a flat on the top floor and there is scaffolding all around the flat, tommy usually goes out the window onto the scaffolding then comes back but he hasn't came back. he is an indoor cat and is terrified if I try to take him outside so I don't see how he could of ran away, I'm suspecting someone may of taken him but I'm not sure.
