Markings:	Almost a solid line down part of the neck/back with one side being black and one side being brown
Circumstances:	Found him wonderful out the front of the Exeter College building, he was very vocal and friendly but I think he is possibly underweight. I kept checking on him every hour or so until 9pm (my holiday house is nearby) and he was still there and his meows have gotten louder, possibly because of hunger? He is so incredibly lovely and sweet, definitely the friendliest cat I have ever met.
