Circumstances:	Charlie was spooked and startled by a series of sudden and loud noises by an out-of-hours construction team at the bottom of our garden by the Park Avenue West allotments. He is new to the outdoors by just a few days and has not strayed far from the garden as yet, so would be unfamiliar with the area. The issues were compounded by high winds which may have confused him further and affected his sense of smell.
