Circumstances:	This little cat (not sure if male or female) was in our hedge which runs parallel to Bower Hill. It was meowing and appeared lost and distressed. It appears to be thin and very hungry. The residents at Coniston Court gave it some food. It is now on my balcony and out of harms way.
Other info:	looks underfed. Is meowing a lot.. Does not appear injured or sick
