Circumstances:	This cat is going through my bin bags it is so hungry, I am putting food out for it and it comes running, but it is stuck outside in the rain all the time, it sneaks in our catflap alot, but my cat chases it off and it is very nervous. But will run to me for food. I feel really bad and hope it finds it's owner.
Other info:	Quite a bushy tail, not a big cat, but I think male because my cat tries to chase it away.
