Circumstances:	Cats been living outside on our decking for the past week and doesn’t seem to go home, just sleeps outside on chairs. Owner has contacted before for this cat but don’t have details so putting this out in hope they see again. Really worried for the cat since it’s pretty cold out. Very friendly cat.
