Circumstances:	This cat has been visiting our garden on a daily basis - we have been feeding him cat food and cat treats. He was afraid at first but warmed to us quickly as he saw us being friendly with our neighbours cat. He meows a lot for attention and comes inside our home. He loves to be stroked. I am worried that he hasn't got a home as his fur is quite matted at times.
