Circumstances:	WHITE - PAW Judging on how extremely friendly and approachable he is with me and the children, Along with his very vocal “meows”, he has certainly got belong to someone. I have scanned him for a micro chip but nothing was found. He desperately needs to be back with his owner and urgently needs to be seen by a vet.
