Circumstances:	It was standing on the pavement near the main entrance to the park (Littlegrove).
Other info:	I spotted a black and green budgie in Oak Hill Park, East Barnet. It seemed quite tame. Unfortunately, the bird flew away and got chased by a magpie. I did not get a picture of the bird, but have attached a picture which is closest to the one I saw today.
