Markings:	patch on back near tail appears to have been cut,as its shorter than the rest of his coat.A large section of fur is missing on his tail(about 4 inches)You can see the white skin with no hair growth-so this is recent.He is starving & un-neutered.
Circumstances:	in my garden in outside cat hutch
Other info:	His body is short hair but his tail is long hair&fluffy.
