Circumstances:	The dog is loose in the first field on the left at the beginning of the dirt track from Kingham to Daylesford/oddington. There are no people around and I had tried to knock on to a neighbouring property, however they were tourists and weren’t sure. I tried to call the dog and whistle, whilst he looked over, he wouldn’t come to me. I couldn’t get to the dog without trespassing.
