Circumstances:	He's been hanging around our gardens and back yard for a while. He's very friendly but wondering if if he's lost and if anyone is missing him / if he's being fed etc. He won't leave us alone so I'm wondering if he needs looking after.
Other info:	Has anyone lost this cat? He's been living in my neighbour's garden for a over a week now, unless he has actually been going home. He won't leave us alone but is lovely and friendly. I'm wondering if he's being fed and looked after or if anyone has lost him?
