Circumstances:	The Cat was constantly cry in finders garden. Release collar with tag put on the cat.
Other info:	Suddenly shown up crying in finders garden and not leaving, shelter has been given to him..... He is a very friendly cat. Release collar put on him with a tag hopefully he will go home and his owner will contact me.
