Microchipped:	Yes
Circumstances:	Taz asked to go out as normal to toilet and has not returned. Not like her at all. She has feline cystitis which is controlled with Cystease medication as well as eye drops for conjunctivitis in her right eye. She also has cat flu currently so is under the weather compared to usual.
Other info:	Currently on medication for health issues including eye drops for conjunctivitis.
