Circumstances:	I walked past it on my morning walk and again on my way back - about 1h. I left it there as I have no where to keep it but left it water.
Other info:	Looks to have been on the street for a while - unbrushed, thirsty and collar is frayed. Has been sitting near the ASOS building in Mornington Crescent for a while this morning (10.04)
