Circumstances:	Was after hours during a neighbors party, wandering along the communal balcony connecting the block with several blocks. But separated by dividers. May be possible he was taken in by someone on the estate or let out the block. No one has got in touch from flyers.
Other info:	He likes meat stick treats also grilled chicken.
