Markings:	Not a pure Saluki but Saluki / Lurcher cross. He has brown flecks on his ears and his tail is longer than usual. Joe also has quite a distinctive scar by his ribs, approx 4 inches long.
Circumstances:	Reported via Thames Valley Police. This dog was taken from the kennels at the Blue Cross in Burford. A male was seen to lead a lurcher type dog from the kennel before he was noticed as missing.
