Circumstances:	Frankie escaped from his pet carry case outside of the Brockwell Veterinary on Railton Road and was seen running into Brockwell Park via the Lido entrance at 12:05pm. That was the last time he was seen. He is microshipped and is wearing a green leather collar with a bell attached.
