Circumstances:	Richie was let out at night wearing his tracker and he wandered into Kew Gardens around 4am. His tracker last located him near the Botanical Brassiere inside Kew Gardens before it went offline completely, despite the tracker still having some charge. Kew Gardens staff was alerted but still has not let us know if they've seen him.
