Circumstances:	Spencer ran off during the thunderstorm, after he got scared with the noise. We found his tracker a few blocks over in Empire Wharf. We think he might be in the park or along the canal.
Other info:	green-yellow eyed, gentle natured brown tabby. Can be vocal
