Circumstances:	Rupert went missing on the afternoon of 30th Aug. He has never stayed outdoors overnight however we think he is lost. He was last sighted around the Selwyn Road Area of Tower hamlets.
Other info:	He's a large British blue. Not wearing a collar although he is chipped.
