Markings:	White chest, long white whiskers, very pretty cat. Black marking under chin
Circumstances:	Cat has been hanging round garden, sitting on front door mat, and back door. Very reluctant to move away and constantly meowing. Cat has not been taken in due to cat alergies, and is still roaming around property, possibly waiting to be fed. He's also been in and around the garden of immediate neighbour.
Other info:	Not skinny, but very keen to be fed and is extremely affectioinate
