Circumstances:	This cat has been coming into my garden for months, I don't know if it's owned or its ferrol as it looks rough.
Other info:	This cat is very nervous and doesn't seem to like human contact,the only time he will come near me is when I offer food. This cat looks like its having a rough time,his hair on his back is rough where it looks like a lot of scratching has caused it and a lot of the time his eyes are running I would love to help him/her but I am very cautious as iv got a feeling by the way it acts that it may attack me. I feed him but I would love to find the owner if it has one because he/she needs love and a warm home.
