Markings:	He's a black and white cat, never been out and doesn't have a collar. The markings on his coat are very distinct, with a white circle around the base of his tail. His black hood covers half of one eye. He has a white underbelly with pink and black paw pads.
Circumstances:	He is a house cat that has never been out and is not street wise. he escaped from he house at 19:30 yesterday and doesn't have a collar.
