Circumstances:	This area is currently under construction, with houses being actively demolished. I found a young cat in the garden, meowing loudly and looking distressed. After offering some food to the little one, he quickly gobbled it all up as though he hadn't eaten for days. Judging by how skinny he is, I assume that was the case.
