Circumstances:	Charlie comes and goes but cimes for food and helps himself at least twice a day / He has had recent medical treatment
Other info:	He is semi feral but we have been taking care of him. He is big - and hissy spitty. He comes to us for food and shelter when weather is bad. Not seen for 3 days - needs medication
