Circumstances:	I have noticed this cat a few times over the last 2 weeks around the same location. The cat was meowing very loudly, I walked past the cat and it approached me. We bought the cat food and it was jumping up to eat it. The cat appears to have an injury- we tried to inspect and the cat ran away. The cat did not appear to be in pain.
