Markings:	looks a little sruffy because a lot of fur had to be cut out due clumping and matting, he is white with grey nose, ears , tail and paws.
Circumstances:	He was not at home when we woke up in the morning, his night food and water were left untouched
Other info:	Niels has various heath issues, including congenital heart problems and impaired vision
