Microchipped:	Yes
Markings:	He has a bald spot on the back of his neck where his collar rubbed the fur off a couple of years ago. We took the collar off for it to heal and couldn't keep his new collar on him.
Circumstances:	He jumped out of an upstairs window in the front of the house, we think around mid-day.
Other info:	Remy is an indoor cat and has never been outside so he has no street sense.
