Markings:	Has white feet and on his back right leg has a black blob on his white paw.
Circumstances:	This is not the first time Charlie has been missing and he returned before after 15 days! We believe he may be being fed by someone else in the area. Charlie is a much loved 4 year old & very missed by his family.
