Circumstances:	This cat was reported to Bicester Vets by a member of the public. We collected it and took it to Bicester Vets for scanning. No microchip was found. She was laying in the bushes just inside the alleyway leading to Southwold, by the traffic lights near the top end of the Buckingham Road. She'll be kept at Bicester Vets for 7 days to give the owners time to collect her if they wish.
Other info:	There is a magnetic cat flap tag (in the shape of a mouse) on the collar. The collar has the logo 'STAYWELL' in red.
