Circumstances:	Went out as normal. Failed to rerurn. Lost cat. Unsure of age but seemed about 1 to 2 years old. Distinct white ring on end of all black tail. Black and white with black underneath chin. Very thin looking, quiet, docile and nervous. He is a stray and I was taking care of him daily. Just gotten used to coming inside for short stays, I named him Reggie. We were making friends and building trust. I was giving him a secure forever home. He is so missed. He got scared during bad weather.
