Circumstances:	I put him down on his harness and lead and he was tangled. He got scared by dogs and ran into the bushes
Other info:	He has a few wisps of white under his chin & hes tummy is white. In the shade he's black and in the light he's a mix of different browns. He was wearing a harness but may have slipped out. He's not used to other people and is incredibly nervous.
