Circumstances:	Noticed this beautiful boy about 4-5 months ago hanging around with my cat and another neighbours cat. He regularly eats out of bins, and recently I've noticed him sleeping in bushes, and meowing a lot at mine and my neighbours door which leads me to think hes been abandoned or that he's lost. Please contact if you know who's he is, even if he has a home. Thank you.
