Circumstances:	Stray to the street. Eating food put out for the hedgehogs. Was good condition to start with. Had loads of ticks last month but they seem to have dropped off now. Seems to have a skin condition from ears to eyes. Lost a little weight now but we are still leaving food out for him.
Other info:	Cat is all black with some white hairs on his chest. He also has white flecks of hair through his body.
