Circumstances:	Had been wandering the platform/station for several hours, apparently since early afternoon. Was taken to Vets4Pets Pitsea for scanning, and has a chip but is not registered. The vet wouldn't keep him so asked if I would take him overnight while we try to locate the owner.
Other info:	Grey, with black striped markings on tail. White socks and white face.
