Circumstances:	I believe she couldn't get back into her owners house, so was out in the cold and was seen (as in the photo) at Mortlake Train station (south side). The RSPCA came to pick her up and then after inspection placed her on the north side of the tracks. There have been sightings of her in Avondale Road we believe, so she seems a little lost. It's been very cold out. Hopefully someone has taken her in. I get the impression the owners are a little absent (or absent minded), from the hundreds of messages which have been written on NextDoor (though i could be wrong). The earlier people connected to the owners, seemed a little defensive.
