Markings:	Has black on head and tail end. And brown on the wing area.
Circumstances:	It was in a children's play area within the grounds of flats. It was pecking around the ground with a few of the neighbours keeping a watch over it. A neighbour had already knocked at my door to notify me of this. I live further down the road. I went out after to take a pic. And it wasn't where I thought she meant. Then I heard it crow - & followed the sound. It isn't overly big.
Other info:	It is a cockerel. And, possibly a 'Cochin' breed. It has no ring on its legs.
