Circumstances:	It was crying and yowling at the back door as we opened it . It seems very skinny and hungry. We fed it two lots of dry biscuits and a packet of wet food which it ate . We noticed its claws very very overgrown and its eye is looks sore. its very a red collar and has a electronic tag attached to it . Obviously a much loved cat
