Circumstances:	We live on a fram.Harley was in back garden with 2 larger dogs,it appears he dug under the fence at some point.A public footpath runs at the back of our farm and on the farm security cameras a couple can be seen coming through the footpath gate at 13.08pm and then waiting around a short while before moving on.Harley would have been barking as he heard the foothpath gate and if he was out might have followed the couple on the footpath.
