Markings: white muzzle and blaze on mostly black face. Orange above left eye and small orange spot next to nose.
Circumstances: Hit by a car (witnessed by children playing nearby). Witnesses report she rolled, jumped up, and ran off into a tree or bushes (witnesses disagreed).
