Circumstances:	Mindy went missing through the night we think as the catflap is left open at night. It was a very windy night and she may have got frightened by the wind and disorientated.
Other info:	The collar is black with red 'staywell' written on it and a infrared magnetic blue cat flap key hanging from it.
