Circumstances:	He had been to the vets for a check on dermititus and I had given him a bath with medicated shampoo for the vets..Went inside to lock the door and it thundered really loud and he slipped his collar and he was gone.
Other info:	He has just had a bath with medicated shampoo but in this weather he will be soaked
