Circumstances:	She ran across Park Parade and I nearly knocked her over. I drove around to see if I could find her, and I did. She is fine. Tameside Council dog warden collected her on 12/09/19. She is microchipped, but the number was not registered or recognised. They have taken her to Manchester Dogs Home and her reference number is 8245.
