Circumstances:	Jagger was on lead when he met with another dog who paid him attention. Jagger crouched down. Other dog was aggressive and attacked. Husband who was holding Jagger fell over and Jagger ran off down the mound hill towards Radley/Thrupp Lane we think
Other info:	He was wearing a red collar with tag and mobile number and lead with red handle - he has short legs
